A visit to my GP and resulting diagnosis meant that I had a call to action to look at aspects of my health. This led to me to looking more closely at the Mediterranean diet and its associated and acknowledged health benefits. After discussions with Annick Guerin we wrote this book on French and Mediterranean cuisine 'How to Cook Delicious Home Made and Wholesome French Cuisine'.

It was written for a multiple of reasons including an interest in French cuisine, regularly enjoying the cooking of my French friends' home cooking and for reasons of health! We hope you enjoy our book
